"Tell Neloth that Varona is dead" is an objective in the side quest "Reluctant Steward" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
With the fate of Varona Nelas learned, it is time to head back to Tel Mithryn and pass the news to Neloth.
Talking with Neloth, he is simply frustrated at this turn of events. He will tell you to head to Raven Rock to find one of the many eager candidates that could replace his former steward.
