"Travel to Solstheim" is an objective in the quest "Dragonborn" in Skyrim: Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
After killing all the Cultists of Miraak that attacked you, and reading the Cultists' Orders, fast travel to Windhelm
There, talk to Gjalund Salt-Sage who is located at the docks.
Convince him to give you transport in the ship. It might require bribing him with 500 gold
He will take you to Raven Rock
