This Miscellaneous Quest can be trigger by asking about work from Geldis Sadri. He will tell you about the rumors he has heard about the Werewolves that are on the island. Likely, this rumor will only surface if you are a werewolf.
This miscellaneous quest can also be triggered by coming across one of the Werewolves roaming the Island of Solstheim. They can be found fighting Reavers, Rieklings or other wild life. They will, if you are a Werewolf, invite you to come meet the pack.
Either of them will result in Frostmoon Crag being marked on your map. Head there and talk with either Rakel or Majni.
