"Wait for a message from Ralis" is an objective in the sidequest "Unearthed" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head back to Raven Rock and wait 24 hours (or sleep). Now return to Kolbjorn Barrow
The barrow will now have a small camp set up. You will see miners working on the site. Once again, return to Raven Rock and then wait for 2 days.You will get a message from Ralis Sedarys.
Wait 2 days, fast travel somewhere and then return to Raven Rock. A courier will have a delivery for you, the Letter from Ralis Sedarys
