"Speak to Ralis" is an objective in the side quest "Unearthed" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.

Head back out of the barrow and return to the surface of it. He will be grateful the Draugr are dead but not so happy about the deaths of the mercenaries and a few miners.
