The leader of a nameless little town you encounter on the road early in The Banner Saga.
The Town Leader is opposed to the idea of fighting back against the Dredge and thinks that by ignoring the problem it will go away or ignore them. Mogun and Hogun are both from this village, and fight for the option to leave the village and take on the Dredge as allies of Rook.
You can choose to join the fight yourself, or to let the Town Leader rally his men and fight with Hogun and Mogun alone.
