Build Wing Upgrade is an objective in Upgrade Tech Wing in the Division.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head back out one room, toward the staircase. Between the two rooms, at the top of the stairs, is the Wing Terminal.
Access the terminal to call up the wing upgrade menu. This walks you through the tutorial sequence once again.
You will want to choose to build the first upgrade: Control Room for 500 Tech Wing Supply. This unlocks the skill Turret and grants the Perk Inventory.
