The Evidence Correlation Holographic Overlay (ECHO) consists of data mined from phone calls, surveillance cameras as well as discarded smartphones and is part of the agent’s basic equipment in Tom Clancy’s The Division.

ECHO sources are pinpointed on the Agent's Map.
Go to an ECHO location and activate your ECHO Reader device.
ECHO allows you to collect intelligence on what occurred during the last days.
