Reach the relay substation is an objective in Subway Morgue Mission in the Division.
Walkthrough[edit]
With the power back on you will want to head for the Western door behind the Power Relay. This takes you to a staircase that leads farther down. Paul Rhodes is grateful and Faye Lau explains that you are en route to help him out with whatever tasks need to be done to improve the power situation throughout the area.
This leads into another big room. It is a large contaminated zone (Rank 1) so your Agent will put on their mask. Head for the door that you can see to the Northwest. take a moment to loot the backpack you find at the top of the stairs against the left-hand railing. You will find a consumable in there for later use.
After that head for the doorway you see, this will lead you into Relay Substation 38. Things start simple here, but expect a number of complications before too long.
