Restart the water pump is an objective in Water Supply in the Division.
Walkthrough[edit]
At the base of the second ladder, turn to the left and go Southwest along the corridor. This will have ISAC intercept a transmission from the Cleaners. They talk about cutting the city's water pressure to stop the JTF from putting out the fires they start faster than they can get them going.
Head into the next part of the tunnels and continue to the South. This will lead you right to Pump Room 9. This is where you will need to face off against a number of Cleaners.
The room starts with 3 Cleaners. They seem to be 3 Fumigators. If possible, aim for their tanks and shoot them for some quick kills. Head along the walkway after that and get down to the lower level.
Go to the center of the room. Interact with the wheel in the middle of the room by the water tank. This will start a timer.
