Secure the roof is an objective in Madison Field Hospital in the Division.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the West and then look South. You will see an open door with a ladder just inside. Go into this small room and take the ladder to start toward the rooftop.
Rush down the catwalk in front of you to the next part of the walkway. Go along the outside and make your way to the Southern end of this walkway. Go to the end of the hallway there and take the ladder up.
Go on through the open door at the top of the ladder. Turn to the East and take the stairs upwards. just before the stairs leading up, there is another Restock Chest. Use it to refill your ammunition then head up the stairs to the roof itself.
There are a number of Rioters that you will need to deal with on the rooftop.
There are a few Rioters near where you got to the rooftop. Then there is Hutch, a named enemy you need to concern yourself about. He is found on the far end of the rooftop and has a rocket launcher.
When you defeat the Rioters on the rooftop, but not Hutch, more Rioters will come onto the rooftop from the Northwest and the Northeast as the fight wears on. You need to kill Hutch to stop the incoming waves of Rioters.
