There are two kinds of Weapons vendors in the game. The ones located in the Base of Operations and other hubs or DZ sas accesses, and the ones located in safe rooms inside the Dark Zones.
The latter sell only rare and expensive but very efficient rifles such as the Caduceus assault rifle and the Cassidy shot gun.
Notes: Division authorized personnel. They aid the field staff by issuing weapons. Restocks every 24 hours. They occasionally stock weapons available on the Black Market.
