Activate the power relay is an objective in Subway Morgue Mission in the Division.
Walkthrough[edit]
Get into the Substation and take cover below the large window you see. This will give you a safe place to send out a Pulse to quickly mark the various Cleaners in the room.
You can see 4 Cleaners in this room. One is at the base of the staircase, kicking a body around, burning it. A pair of Cleaners can be see at the top of the stairs. One more stands guard on a walkway above you.
The one on the walkway will drop down as soon as you open fire on the Cleaner on the base level. This one likes to use grenades and he will charge at you. The other two are likely to run onto the walkway for the cover it offers and for the base level you are on. Watch where they go then start responding. Take out the one on the same level as you. They tend to present more of a threat. After that, deal with the one on the walkway. They will be popping in and out of their cover to shoot at you. You can attempt to rush the stairs and get on the same level as them.
After that fight, head for the stairs in the Western part of the room. Take them up and follow the walkway to the South.
This will lead you to the secondary power relay.
Head over to the Power Relay and interact with it. The Agent will throw the switch which will get it up and running again.
