Boosting an ally in The Last of Us
The boost move is a cooperative action in The Last of Us.
The player, playing as Joel, can move to an area beneath a ledge, and boost up his ally with his hands.
This allows both characters to get up to the next level. Typically, the ally will toss down a ladder or some other object so that Joel can climb up with them, although sometimes this will not be necessary.
