Molebear Moors

Be sure to stock up on Medical Herbs and Stardust Herbs before pursuing this Benevodon.

• Travel to the Molebear Moors to begin the search for the Earth Benevodon.
• Immediately start with a fight with Molebear and Hobgoblin.
• Go to the second eastern small path surrounded by the path with the bridge, surrounded by a fence.
• Then head to the South and take on more Molebears then head forward to the South.
• Take a moment to stop at the 2 traveling merchants here: Chikeeta and Josephine.
• Upgrade your equipment if needed, then head forward, taking on the nearby Molebears.
• Just beyond that the party will enter Daria, Gem Valley, a new area with plenty of monsters to deal with.

Daria, Gem Valley

• Start by approaching the Golden Goddess Statue to heal and save before going forward.
• There are clouds of green gas throughout this area that will Poison and damage anyone who touches them.
• Going down the slope from there, the party will encounter a pair of Needlions.
• Just around the corner there are 3 Needlions and an Eggatrice.
• Go to the South from there to find a Sparkle with a Silver Item Seed.
• Head to the East from there, along the path in front of you.
• Around the next bend you will find more Eggatrice.
• Follow it to the South as the party progresses forward.
• When the path drops and widens, more 3 Needlions and 4 Eggatrices await them.
• Going down the next slope will bring you against a new foe: Kid Dragon as well as Needlions.
• Heading forward, there is a small split in the path with 2 Needlion guarding it.
• Going to the North here will lead to a short ledge.
• Look to the corner of it, by the stone pillar to find Li'l Cactus.
• Continue up this path to find a chest with 3 Cup of Wishes.
• Drop over the ledge to find a Green Pot to restore some health.
• Head tot he South from there, going up and over the steps there to find 3 more Eggatrices and a Kid Dragon in the next section.
• Going down the slope will encounter 2 more Kid Dragons and Prime Slime.
• Turning to the Southwest you will find a small set of steps that lead to a Sparkle with a Medical Herb.
• Drop down from there to find another fight with Prime Slime, Needlion and an Eggatrice.
• Continue South from here, going over to the West to use the Green Pot for some healing.
• On the other side you will find more enemies: Prime Slime and a Kid Dragon.
• Defeat them and go forward to the Silver Goddess Statue to save your progress.
• Just past here, you will start encountering the Green Gas Clouds.
• These clouds, as mentioned earlier, will do damage and poison the leader if they step in them.
• From the statue, head South and then go over to the East, jumping up the ledges there to reach a Sparkle hidden behind more Gas Clouds.
• The Sparkle has 220 lucre, and just to the East of you the Party can find Li'l Cactus
• From there, go over to the East, dropping the next few ledges to find another path guarded by gas.
• Head to the end of it to find a chest with 3200 lucre inside it.
• Go back to the East from there, dropping back onto the main path.
• Before going forward, head over to the West to explore the area and encounter more Prime Slimes and a Kid Dragon.
• This leads to another small area with Needlion and Prime Slimes.
• They are guarding a chest with Land Umber's Ring.
• Heading back to the East, look along the Southern side to find a Sparkle with Chocolate.
• Head to the East, taking down the Kid Dragons here, blocking the path forward.
• Weave through the gas clouds to head down and jump over the remaining clouds to reach the next section of this area.
• Inside the cave, you will encounter 2 more Prime Slimes blocking the path forward.
• Just a little deeper in is a trio of Kid Dragons protecting a nearby Sparkle that is 460 lucre.
• Turn to the South from there, being careful of the purple poisonous pools.
• The path twists a little here, but first you will encounter 3 Eggatrice and a Prime Slime on it.
• Go to the South from there and look along the Eastern side to find another Chest with 5 Silver Item Seeds behind a persistent gas cloud.
• Follow the path there over to the Southwest from there and look for the break in it going to the North.
• When the path levels out, expect to encounter a few Needlion.
• When you reach the split in the path, expect to encounter Prime Slime, and Kid Dragons.
• Go the Northern end of the Poison Pool to find a Sparkle which is a Silver Item Seed.
• Going to the Southern side of it will yield a chest with 2,700 lucre, with a pair of Kid Dragons at the Southern end.
• Head to the Northern side of this section, up the slope, to find a chest with ??? Seed.
• Go over to the East from there to find a split in the path, going to the East and South with a Golden Goddess Statue sitting in the junction.
• Head to the East to find a Sparkle with a Stardust Herb.
• Return to the Statue, save and then head to the South to go forward.
• Go forward to find the final section of the Valley, where you will find a large arena.
• Move into it to trigger the fight with Land Umber.

Fighting Land Umber

• Time to take down the Benevodon of Earth, Land Umber.
• Initially, the main body is shielded so no attacks or magic will do it damage.
• To damage the main body, you will need to first attack both the hands and shatter the crystals there.
• That will break and lower the barrier protecting Land Umber itself.
• When Land Umber uses Hammer Punch, this is a great time to move in and start attacking the Crystals on its hands to break the protective shield.
• Move quickly over to the other hand if needed to break its crystals.
• Once the barrier is down, immediately have everyone start attacking the main body with their Class Strikes to do heavy damage.
• Watch out for its Hyper Cannon attack, which has a summoned element.
• Destroy the source of the Cannon Attack to further stun Land Umber.
• Use this time to continue your Class Strikes against it.
• Focus on the crystal at the base of its body to do heavy damage and quickly defeat Land Umber.
