- Time to head back to the Southern part of the Dwarf Village.
- Once there, go over to the East and talk with the Dwarf nearby the rock wall with a small circular opening.
- A small explosion later and the path to the next area is open.
- Follow the path to the Southeast onward.
- This leads into Dwarf Tunnel 1, with a number of "hidden" passages that need to be struck to reveal.
- Strike the rocks to the right of the Sign on the South wall to reveal a medium chamber.
- Take on the 2 Goblins in this room.
- Behind the pile of rocks in the room you can find a Sparkle with a Candy.
- Head to the North, going into the small area with another Sparkle that is a Medical Herb.
- From there, go over to the East into the next chamber, where the party is likely to encounter 3 Batmos.
- Continue to the East to find another Sparkle that has a Dream Reed.
- Following the path to the North will bring the party into another fight.
- Defeat the Batmos and Molebears.
- Defeat them and continue to the East, past the Barred Gate and into the small shrine in the area.
- Approach and talk with the Dwarf here, this is Watts
