- Arrving in Palo Port for the first time, you will see that Nevarl has taken over the port.
- Reize will respond poorly if she in your party.
- Time to learn what has been going on here.
- When you have control, from the end of the dock, go over to the right to find a chest with Cup of Wishes.
- From there, head to the Southern part of the port.
- Look along the Eastern side to find a Sparkle with a Candy.
- Go over to the Southwestern corner and go behind the building here.
- Behind the building, the leader will find a chest with Honey Elixir.
- From there, make your way on over to the Item Store here in Palo Port.
- Look to the Southern side of the Item Store to find a Sparkle with 60 lucre.
- You can head to the North to reach the Weapon Shop.
- Go behind it to look to the Northeast to find a chest with Chocolate.
- Look across from the Weapon Shop to find another person to talk to.
- Go up to the stairs to the Armor Shop.
- Underneath the nearby tree, you can find Li'l Cactus.
- Look to the nearby Well to find a Sparkle with 60 lucre.
- From there, jump down to the tavern in the lower section of the Port.
- Inside the tavern, talk with the Liza, the Barkeeper to learn more about what is happening around Laruent.
- Liza will tell you to head to the Somnosa Meadow in the Heavensway.
- Take some time to go behind the Inn as well to find another chest with more Chocolate.
- After that, go inside the Inn itself.
- Inside there, head over to the left and talk with the man nearby the middle of the room.
- He will talk about Gusthall, home of the Wind Mana Stone, found along the paths in Heavensway.
- Finally, talk with Niccolo, who is also under the effects of Mind Control.
