Walkthrough[edit]

  • From Palo Port, head on out of the town to the West and out onto Heavensway.
  • Once again, on the way, you will encounter: Needlebeak, Harpy, Copper Knight, Imp.
  • Follow the trail upwards to reach the 4th plateau.
  • Defeat the monsters here and then start on your way to the North to reach Gusthall.
  • By the entrance of Gusthall, you will find a Copper Knight and Imp to defeat.
  • After that, head into the Gusthall and it is time to start exploring it.
  • Inside Gusthall, go over to the West and into the adjacent chamber.
  • Here you will encounter 4 Zombies around a Harpy.
  • Defeat the enemies and look along the Southern side of this area to find Li'l Cactus along the wall, just past the mid-point.
  • After that, go over to the Western side of this chamber to find a Sparkle with a Candy.
  • Exit the chamber and head to the North to the next intersection with the Golden Goddess Statue.
  • Before crossing, go along the Eastern side to find a Sparkle with 40 lucre.
  • Now, head to the North to reach the Statue.
  • Go to the right of the Statue to find a Sparkle with a Candy.
  • Go over to the West after that toward the next split in the cave.
  • Go just North of it to find another fight with more Zombies and an Imp.
  • Head back to the split with that you just passed to find a split path to explore.
  • The path has a Gust Statue that can blow the party around, but it does not stop them from moving into or out of either.
  • Start exploring this path and going along the one to the East to find a Chest with a Chocolate.
  • Change direction to the West from there to explore the short path here.
  • You will find a Sparkle at the end of it with a
  • Return to the main path back to the East, turn back to the North.
  • Go up to the next small chamber to the North.
  • In this chamber, you will find the path forward blocked by a strong gust of wind.
  • Before clearing the way forward, look over to the East to find a chest with Cup of Wishes inside it.
  • Interact with the pyramid topped podium to change the direction of the wind statues and clear the path forward.
  • At the next split in the path, start by going over to the East after you interact with the next Podium.
  • Interacting with the Podium will rotate the statues to find access to the Eastern chamber.
  • This chamber has 4 Imps, a Purple Pot and a chest with Silver Item Seed along its Southern wall.
  • Collect all this and then head to the West, leaving things as they were.
  • This will bring you to another chamber with more Zombies and a Harpy.
  • Defeat them and look in front of the statues to find a Sparkle with 50 lucre.
  • Continue to the West to get into another fight with Cooper Knights.
  • Again, leave the podium for now and head over to the West to find a Chest with Chocolate.
  • Now, go back to the East and interact with the podium to change the Statue's Wind direction.
  • Advance to the South and then go over to the South and East and into the large chamber with the next podium.
  • Interact with the Podium now and head back to the West to get into the previously inaccessible Western passage.
  • Go around to the Western side of the passage to find a Sparkle with a Candy.
  • Now, circle around the central section and look into the Southwestern corner opening just by the Wind Statue to get access to a chest.
  • Look inside the chest to find a Cup of Wishes.
  • From there, go to the South to continue deeper into the Gusthall.
  • This will bring you to a Southern section of the area.
  • Go over to the East and interact with the Gargoyle statue.
  • This will reveal a path, giving access back to the entrance.
  • Just past the statue, you will find a Sparkle with 80 Lucre.
  • After that, turn to the West and keep going deeper into the Gusthall.
  • Fight through the Needlebeaks, Harpy, Copper Knight and Trials of Mana: Imp.
  • Defeat these foes and then look for the next path going to the North.
  • This leads to a corridor with Wind Statue's and a ledge on the Western side.
  • On this ledge you can find Li'l Cactus
  • Leave the Podium as it is, with the wind blowing across the gap.
  • Run into the wind, jumping at the end of the ledge to clear the gap with the push from the wind.
  • This will get the party to the ledge with Li'l Cactus.
  • Interact with the podium to alter the Wind Direct, giving access to the path Northward.
  • Keep the chest here, those access to it is presently blocked to the West (it won't be long before you can claim this chest).
  • Go to the North and follow the path to the West.
  • At the top of this area, as the path turns to the West, you are likely to encounter some Zombies.
  • Continue to the West and run into the next Wind Blast.
  • This will push the Party to the North and into the adjacent chamber.
  • Defeat the various monsters here: Copper Knight, Harpies, and an Imp.
  • Use a Charge Attack on the Knight to breaks its Armor and then clear out the rest of the enemies.
  • Before interacting with the podium, grab the Sparkle along the Eastern side to find a Candy.
  • Interact with the Podium to change the Wind Direction again, and backtrack to the chamber to the Southeast where you found Lil Cactus.
  • Stay in the top portion and go over to the West to open the Chest there that has a Honey Elixir.
  • Now, head back along the path to the North and go to over to the West into the corner chamber.
  • Move to the South next to find your final puzzle, a large chamber with a number of Gust Statues.
  • Start by going to the East, along the top edge of the chamber.
  • Before interacting with the Podium, continue to the South and then go around to the West.
  • You will get a Sparkle with 90 luce by that statue closest to the entrance.
  • Now either circle around to the Podium or just head directly back to it.
  • Interact with the Podium after that and go back to the West, getting to the Northwestern corner.
  • Go to the South along the Western edge, then, with your path South blocked, turn to the East, going across to the other side of the room.
  • Keep going Southward, letyting the Southwestern Gust Statue push you a bit.
  • This bring the party to the next podium they need to interact with.
  • You can smash the nearby Blue Pot if you need some CS Gauge.
  • Look to the East to find a chest with Soft Leathers.
  • Do not go over the ledge, instead go back to the Gust Statue and head over to the West.
  • Head through the hallway to the Southwest and run on past the wind, going along the wall, to get around it.
  • This leads to another ledge overlooking a nearby ravine.
  • Before getting too close to the enemies past the podium, look to the East.
  • You will find another Gargoyle.
  • Interact with the Gargoyle to open another shortcut back through the area.
  • Take these new stairs down and look to the South of them to find a Sparkle with a Dream Reed.
  • Take the ramp back up and continue to the West.
  • Defeat the nearby Needlebeaks, and Copper Knights.
  • Use a Charged Attack to break their Armor and then go along the Southeastern edge of the ledge to find a Sparkle with 60 Lucre.
  • to the nearby Golden Goddess Statue to heal and save.
  • After that, it is time to head over to the West to deal with a few Imps.
  • From the last enemies, just head to the North to reach the first Mana Stone the party can see, the Wind Mana Stone.
  • A short cutscene will run here and then the party can approach and interact with the Stone.
  • This Stone will allow the party members to Change Class, greatly increases their abilities, as long as they are Level 18.
  • This is the first Class Change available in a playthrough, the second Class Change is not available until the Party Members reach Lv. 38 and have the appropriate Item.
  • Interact with the stone and have all Characters able to Change Class to get a lot stronger.
  • Go to the Northwest from the Crystal and this will bring the party back outside.
  • Head up the slope to the palteau ahead to trigger a Cutscene.
  • Slyphid is being weakened by the Darkshine Knight, which causes Harcypete to be released.
