This notification appears when players hack an NPC's bank account.
It lets players know that the NPC's funds are now available at the nearest ATM.
Note: You can generally only hack NPCs with extremely high income, or NPCs which Aiden see as evil such as an NPC that was cited for animal cruelty or an abortion clinics protester.
