Jerome Richards is first seen arguing with a cop next to the bar at the VIP Lounge of the May Stadium. A friend and female member of his gang, Dedre Jackson tried to stand up for him.
Eventually the cop finds out that Jerome has an outstanding trafficking warrant on him and puts him under arrest.
The other guests at the VIP Lounge film the incident with their smartphones.
