The ctOS Network in Watch Dogs is a computer system that controls all of the game's futuristic city of Chicago. Everything from traffic lights to cell phones is hooked up to the network, and can be manipulated by someone with enough digital savvy.
Protagonists must hack into the network at specified points in order to gain control of different parts of the network.
