This old Woman wants to cross the border to Novigrad in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt
An old Woman at the Border Post in Velen in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Sleeps at the Refugee Camp nearby at night, but by day she comes to the Border Post hoping to cross the border into Novigrad to escape the war-torn land of Velen.
But she is refused passage by a Redanian Soldier since King Radovid has closed all the borders. Only way to get through is to buy a Transit Pass from the Black Market. Those passes though are being sold at extremely high prices and most refugees cannot afford to buy one.
