This cart belonged to a merchant named Bram
The cart got destroyed when Bram and his mare got attacked by a Griffin
The horse didn't survive the attack and got eaten by the Griffin
Geralt and Vesemir managed to save Bram at the last moment.
Bram is trying to fix the cart and salvage whatever he can.
Later Bram sets up a Shop at the Village near the Woesong Bridge with whatever goods he was able to salvage from this wagon.
