These are the four possible difficulty settings when playing a game of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
(From easy to hard:)
- Just the Story! - "Enjoy a smooth ride through the world"
- Story and Sword! - "You're happy to be challenged!"
- Blood and Broken Bones! - "You're a seasoned, demanding gamer"
- Death March! - "You're truly insane and loving it!"
Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- If you are a casual gamer who wants to play just for the story, choose the first difficulty option
- "Story and Sword" is the default difficulty. Choose this for a good challenge without making the game too hard
- Choose "Blood and Broken Bones" if you are experienced with the genre or the Witcher series
- "Deathmarch" is the hardest difficulty setting. Choose it if you are a hardcore gamer and worry that the other modes would be too easy for you!
