- This house used to belong to Napp's Mother. Napp inherited the house when she died recently and has been watching over it ever since.
- A peasant can be seen cleaning the house, most likely a maid which Napp hired.
- Since the Tavern is right across from the house, Napp goes there a lot to drown his sorrows and gets drunk a lot.
