This NPC can be identified by the messenger pouch he is carrying which is full of parchments containing important messages.
Sometimes has pen and paper out as he is writing a message.

- Nilfgaardian Camp: Delivers important messages to the garrison from Nilfgaard command.
Trivia[edit]
- If you bump into the messenger, he drops his pen and paper and picks it up again.
Notes[edit]
- This NPC is different from the Scribe. The scribe works with Nilfgaard leaders and diplomats to document the victories of the Nilfgaardian Empire.
