Strategy Guide/Tips
- The Spinosaur (or Spinosaurus) is sometimes referred to as "Spino" for short.
- Spinosaurses have a smaller aggro range than other predator.
- Spinosaurs have high swim speed, almost as fast as a Crocodile.
- Spinos will attack a player when provoked, and will chase you if you run away, but the Spino does not feel comfortable going too far away from the water, so it will stop and turn back once you have fled to a certain distance away from its habitat.
- If you encounter a Spinosaur and are unprepared, you should try outrunning it rather than outswimming it, since it swims so fast. So flee on the ground, rather than on water, and you might live.
