Enter the Cred-Op Amusements arcade center at the Passenger Lounge of the Spaceflight Terminal
Restore power by using the 2000-KJVS Generator
Go out of the arcade center, and enter Xing Xang
Use Vent on floor to get to Baggage Claim
There are some obstacles blocking the way there. Activate Harold to clear the path to a chute. Climb the chute and exit from other side.
Approach the big door at the end of the hallway.
