Choose Dodge Direction is an action available to you while climbing the Collapsed Umbilical in Aliens: Colonial Marines
Dodge the wrong way and you will get hit by falling Debris, and might end up getting sucked into outer space like some of the other Marines.

This feature was shown in one of the earlier demos, however it was scrapped and never made it to the final version.
