A Power Outage in Hadley's Hope. Aliens: Colonial Marines.

In Act 2, while the Marines are stuck inside the Garage in Hadley's Hope, the power goes out

This could be related to the collapse of the Atmospheric Processor, but more likely it is related to the Aliens that are running amok in the colony power room.
