The target for this contract is found on the Cayman Sound. The entire island is a Restricted Zone for the contract. If you have Synchronized with the Viewpoint here then you can Fast travel there. The target can be found to the Northwest from there. Be sure to spot him from the vantage point, if not possible, then head in that direction. Move carefully as there are a number of pirate patrols to evade. There are also a number of Stalking Zones you can use. After that you can hit him with a Berserk Dart to end everything here.
