Find and Recruit the best archer in the Marooned Bandit Camp is an objective in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey (ACOD).

You need to make your way to the Marooned Bandit Camp along the southern shore of Phokis.
Dock to the location and send up Ikaros to find the Archer you are looking for.
They will be marked with the mission insignia, but also you see a portrait and next to that, a boost to Archery for those on the ship.
You now need to recruit this person to your crew.
You can either sneak up on them and use a nonlethal takedown or fight them and be sure to finish them with the Sparta Kick to knock them out so you can recruit them.
You might need to fight through the remaining bandits in the area.
If you accidentally or unintentionally kill them,you can recruit almost any Bandit in this camp for your crew.
Take any of them down using a nonlethal method or the Sparta Kick, then clear out any nearby foes.
Approach the one you knocked down and interact with them, after looting, you will see a new prompt to recruit them.
Now follow the on-screen prompts of calling up your menu, going to the Ship section, and hiring the person you just recruited as your Lieutenant.
That will complete this section of the mission.
