Artifact #2 is a collectible in Assassin's Creed Unity: Dead Kings (ACU:DK).
There are 2 Artifacts to be obtained in the Cemetery District. There are 14 total scattered throughout Franciade.

Once again the artifact is in a small Restricted Zone. There are a small number of soldiers around it as well to protect it. Just defeat them and turn to the Eastern wall. You will see the artifact around the middle of it on ground level.
