There are 4 Napoleon's Bicorns to be obtained in the Cemetery District. There are 27 total scattered throughout Franciade.

This Bicorn is found in the Northeastern portion of the District. It is found along the Northern edge of the area. Climb up to the rooftop of the building. Make your way to the Northwestern tower and get to the top of it. There you will be able to claim the Bicorn.
