Collect your Cafe Theatre Income is a mission objective in Assassin's Creed: Unity (ACU)

Head to the South and follow the marker that is nearby. Go down the hallway to the left. Take the first right and head into the office there. This leads you to the Intendant's Study. Go over to the marked chest and interact with it. This will let you collect your first bit of income from Le Cafe Theatre.
