Walkthrough[edit]
Turn to the Northwest and head into the crowd. If you use Eagle Vision you will likely spot the Soldier in a fight. otherwise he will be walking by the crowd with 2 Extremists flanking him. Move close and he will start taunting you. From there just move in for the kill. Take care of his guards after that and return to Mademoiselle Lenormand.
