The Big Fan is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Effects[edit]
You get a small creature that flies around you and protects you from shots and enemy damage, sort of like a "humans shield"
You can also use the creature to kill enemies by having it touch them (careful when getting close not to touch the enemy monsters yourself)
