Blue Flies are a type of Fly in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
They orbit around the player and will fly towards an enemy that is nearby and damage it.

- Guppy's Head is an item that summons blue flies for you.
- Rotten Baby will send blue flies at enemies
- You can also find Blue Flies in Red Chests
- If you have The Mulligan you have a chance of spawning an attack fly whenever you damage an enemy
