Monstro's Lung is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Effects[edit]
You charge your shots (holding the arrow button) and release a volley of multiple blood shots at once, like Monstro
Damage upgrade.
Character Appearance[edit]
Character has a cleft lip similar to Monstro. When you charge your attack, your lips swell until you release the blood shots:
