Notched Axe is an Active item in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)

Description

A minecraft pickaxe.

Effects

When used, the Axe appears above Isaac's head in that room. You can then break all the rocks in that room.

The Notched Axe also lets you break through walls leading into secret rooms.

Strategy Guide/Tips

• If you hit a Bomb Rock you will destroy it but take damage in the process.
• You cannot attack or pick up other items while holding up the axe
• Taking damage ends the effect of Notched Axe
• The Axe is basically an activated item version of Leo.
