Description
Looks like a big eyeball
Effects
You shoot bigger, bubble-like, blue tears
These tears are larger, do more damage, and have a faster rate of fire
If Tear kills a monster, it shrinks but continues travelling the same direction and could kill another one

Character has a one eye like a cyclops, and the tears he shoots look like big blue bubbles:
