Pyromaniac is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)

Description[edit]

A flame with a heart inside it

Effects[edit]

  • You gain 5 bombs
  • Whenever you get hit by an explosion, you get healed by one full heart
  • You are immune to stomp attacks by Satan, Mom, and other enemies, as well as being immune to rock wave attacks from The Adversary and The Cage

Character Appearance[edit]

Isaac has a burnt mask with big grin on it

Whenever Isaac gets hit by an explosion, a heart up symbol shows over his head meaning he has gained health.

  • If you have Pyromaniac, remember to try and get hit by all explosions rather than escape them!
