The Round Worm is a monster in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Round Worms will shoot a bullet at Isaac when he is in line of sight
They will then burrow off to a different location in the room
If Isaac is out of range, the Round Worm will again burrow to a random position in the room.
