A dead body found in the lighthouse at the beginning of BioShock Infinite.
The corpse is bound with a letter reading simply, "Don't Disappoint Us."
A trail of blood leads to the chair, suggesting that the body is that of one who had been sent to Columbia earlier and who failed to achieve his goal, presumably of rescuing Elizabeth.
