This puzzle is found on the roof of the Coast of Maine Lighthouse

There are three bells (in front of a small statue of Benjamin Franklin with angel wings)
The first bell (from the left) has a scroll Icon on it
The second bell (Center) has a key icon on it
The third bell has a Sword icon on it
