Story
This Kinetoscope is clearly designed to turn the people of Columbia against the forces of the outside through paranoia and fear.
It paints the world below as a group of snakes eager to bring down the floating city. They are, in fact, quite eager to see the end of Columbia, but because it's essentially a floating cult, not because the outside world is evil.
