A named worker is an NPC you can hire as a worker. Named Workers are yellow grade (Professional) and have a special ability.
Requirements[edit]
You must have 500 amity with an NPC to be able to hire him as a named worker.
How to unlock[edit]
- Raise Amity to 500
- Buy special contract (15,000 Silver)

Strategy Guide/Tips[edit]
- You should attempt the Amity minigame only after you have 80% knowledge of the NPC's interests.
- Named workers cannot be promoted to artisan/legendary.
- Generally, named workers are better than other workers you get from a supervisor.
- Workers are bound to the city listed in their contract.
- You can have more than one of the same worker (requires playing the amity game multiple times)
