"Positive Reinforcement" is the name of a side quest that you pick up from Wubaiku at the Bamboo Village in BnS. This quest serves as a tutorial on how to upgrade your weapon.
Positive Reinforcement is a Side Quest in Blade & Soul.
You get it from Wubaiku who can be found standing in the area between Dochun's House and the Mayor's House.

Walkthrough
- Talk to Wubaiku to start the quest.
- Open your inventory with I and select the Hongmoon Weapon. Then upgrade the weapon with Amplifiers.
- To upgrade, equip the purple weapon (for example, Hongmoon Staff) if you haven't yet. Then, click on "Manage Equipment"
- Then, click the "+" button near offerings and put an element or two there (such as element of training or element of luck"
- Click on "Evolve" to finally upgrade your weapon.
- After you've evolved your weapon, talk to Wubaiku again to complete the quest.
