"Avie's Camp" is location in Borderlands 2 in Sawtooth Cauldron. This is a hidden area only accessible by jumping to it from The Buzzard Nest. You need to get here to complete the Happy Camper Challenge.
To get there you need to jump off the Southwestern side of the Buzzard nest and aim for the area shown in the photo.
