In the mission Borderlands 2: Claptrap's Secret Stash, Claptrap tells you to Defeat the Destroyer of Worlds. The Destroyer of Worlds is an extremely powerful boss who has never been defeated by any Vault Hunter.

Claptrap is just joking. Destroyer of Worlds doesn't exist. There is no Destroyer of Worlds. Just find the stash in the container across from Claptrap.
